2010 World Series of Poker
The temperature is well over 100 degrees outside but inside the Amazon Room, it's nice and cool. Welcome back to the Rio for third day of action in Event #8. 25 players will be back today to play down to a winner for the eighth bracelet of the 2010 World Series of Poker. There is a chance for history to be made today, Phil Hellmuth is in contention for his 12th bracelet.
Leading the way is Saar Wilf with 1,207,000 chips. He will be the only one in the field to start the day with more than one million in chips. His closest competitor is 2009 Casino Employees event winner Andrew Cohen with a stack of 848,000. Phil Hellmuth is sitting fifth in chips with 556,000.
We're expected to see the cards get in the air here shortly so stay tuned.
