Berkey Escapes with a Chop

There was a raise to 1,400 in middle position and Matt Berkey three-bet to 4,400 on the button. Aram Oganyan four-bet to 10,400 in the small blind which got the original raised to fold but Berkey called.
The flop came 
and Oganyan led out with a bet of 5,900. Berkey called and the 
landed on the turn. Both players checked and the 
completed the board.
With a straight on the board, Oganyan shoved all in and Berkey quickly called. Oganyan held 
and Berkey was lucky to escape with a chop holding
