Rachid El Yaacoubi kicked off the action with an under-the-gun raise to 24,000, and Fabio Peluso in the cutoff responded with a three-bet to 75,000. Things heated up when Pascal Pflock, sitting on the button, shoved all in. El Yaacoubi folded, leaving Peluso to ask for a count, which came to 150,000. After some thought, Peluso made the call.

Peluso found himself well behind, but the 10?9?7? flop gave him some life with a gutshot straight draw. However, the 5? on the turn locked it up for Pflock with the nut flush, securing his double-up and keeping him in the game.

Ahuja went deep into the tank, weighing his options for a while, but eventually decided to let it go.
