Meragal Steals...With Aces; Uhara Bets Out Stroke
Negjdet Avdylaj was in the big blind the first hand back from break but had yet to retake his seat at the table as action folded to Maduka Meragal on the button. He raised to 1,300.
"Steal," tablemate Shawn Stroke said as Motokatsuk Uhara folded his small blind and Avdylaj's cards were automatically mucked. Meragal then turned over two aces.
"Oh, wow. And the big blind isn't even here so it makes it look like a steal even more," Stroke added.
The next hand, Uhara and Stroke saw a flop of 10?10?8? where Uhara bet 3,900 from the button. Stroke called in the big blind and both players checked the Q? turn.
Stroke also checked the 4? river and Uhara bet 10,000. Stroke spent a few minutes counting out the rest of his stack before picking up his cards and tossing them back to the deal.
