Chartier Takes Friberg Down

We just picked up the action between Sam Chartier and Erik Friberg on the flop. The flop was and with 4,000 chips in the middle Friberg had laid out a bet of 8,000. Our best guess is that Chartier had already put in a previous bet, but since there was 16,000 in front of him that was no longer retraceable.
Friberg was thinking about it for quite some time before shoving all-in for around 40,000 total. Chartier snap-called.
