Reinbold Among the Top Stacks Heading Into Day 2 of $1,500 Pot-Limit Omaha 6-Handed
After 17 levels of play on Day 1, just 89 players remain of the 1,306 who entered Event #90: $1,500 Pot-Limit Omaha 6-Handed at the World Series of Poker (WSOP). Day 2 will commence at 12 p.m. local time at the Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas.
The event generated a whopping $1,740,840 prize pool with the winner taking home $269,530 and the prestigious gold bracelet. The remaining 89 players will secure a cash of at least $3,376.
Ten more levels will be played today, each lasting one hour. Players will get a 15-minute break after every two levels, and a 60-minute dinner break after Level 23, expected to be around 6:30 p.m.
David Shaw solidified himself as the big stack in the room, having bagged and tagged a considerable sum of 1,028,000 heading into Day 2. He isn��t alone at the top with fellow big stacks Billy Tarango, Zachary Reinbold and Long Tran tailing behind with counts of 983,000, 969,000 and 962,000, respectively.
