Turbo Satellite Awarding 10 More Seats
Taking place in the same area as the Main Event is a €150 buy-in turbo satellite with 27 players left out of the 136 original entrants. The satellite will award 10 Main Event seats that can be used in either Day 1a or Day 1b. Play is moving fast with just 15-minute blinds, and we noticed some players complaining that their opponents are taking too long to make basic decisions with the play not that close to the bubble yet.
Additionally, a €100 buy-in no-limit hold'em event with a €20,000 guarantee is scheduled to begin in about an hour. There are already 50 players registered to this fast-structured event with 15,000 starting chips and 20 minute blinds.
At 16:00 CET, Day 2 of the Super High Roller resumes. As of now, there are 10 of the original 16 players left. We are led to believe that at least a couple of players will join the field as registration is open until the first cards are dealt for the day and there is still some sizable overlay on the €500,000 posted guarantee. You can follow the action in this event here on PokerNews or by watching a live stream hosted by King's Casino and broadcasted on four different mediums including here by clicking on the Live Streaming tab once player return to the felts.
