2015 Western New York Poker Challenge

The temperature outside might be below freezing, but the poker action will be hotter than ever! Running from February 27 to March 10, 2015, Playground Poker Club is hosting the first Playground Winter Festival.
The festival kicks off with "The Wild $150," a reentry event with four starting flights and a $100,000 guarantee. It continues with 14 other events including a $330 two-day Freeze, a mixed holdem/Omaha event, and a $220 Survivor tourney.
The $1,100 Main Event will begin on Friday, March 6 and feature two Day 1s (next-day reentry), and it has a massive $500,000 guaranteed prize pool!
Visit the Playground Winter Festival site for details and to purchase your event tickets online.
Visit Playground Poker's live event blog for news and event updates throughout the festival.
Just 18 players remain in this first event of the 2015 Western New York Poker Challenge and each and every one has headed off on a 45-minute dinner break.
Jeffery Hobrecker just widened the gap between himself and the rest of the field, busting Emilio Zeolla in the process.
Hobrecker ran what appeared to be a triple barrel bluff, betting all three streets on a board. He even went as far as shoving on the river, sheepishly turning over
when Zeolla called all in for his tournament life in an attempt to pick him off.
Zeolla showed and a lot of guts, but his pair of threes was not enough of a hand to keep him in the tournament.
