Day 1b of The Big Wrap Kicks Off at 4PM!
In one hour from now the second and final live starting day of the 2019 The Big Wrap kicks off at King's Casino and Resort in Rozvadov near the border to Germany. The tournament comes with a price tag of 2,350 and a guaranteed prize pool of 1,000,000, which certainly gathers the attention of four-card poker lovers from near and far to showcase their Pot-Limit Omaha (PLO) skills at the tables.
The first live Day 1 attracted a field of 128 players and 52 hopefuls punched their tickets last night. On top of that, 10 players out of 20 entries also claimed a stack to their name on the virtual felt via event co-sponsor partypoker. Anton Morgenstern topped the online Day 1 with an impressive stack of 535,000 and he sits in third place behind Day 1a chip leader Sergey Verkhoturov (1,070,000) and Didier Rabl (726,000).
Whether or not anyone will be able to turn their 100,000 starting stack into more than that remains to be seen in the hours to come as the second flight is scheduled to play 12 levels of 40 minutes each. There will be a break every three levels and a 60-minute dinner break after the completion of level six.
