Giudice Responds With Big Raise After Haraldstad Calls Clock

Action was picked up between two players on a board reading 9?3?5?9?J? and around 250,000 in the middle. Joachim Haraldstad had bet 70,000 from early position and had just called the clock on Giovanni Giudice who was in the hijack.
With only one second remaining before his hand would have been declared dead, Giudice responded with a raise to 250,000. This time it was Haraldstad's turn to go into the tank.
After a couple minutes Giudice mentioned he would soon call the clock on his opponent. Haraldstad opted to muck and Giudice took down a healthy pot without showdown.
