Djemai Put on the Clock

Level 9
: Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
There were already 20,000 chips in the pot on a board of 4?8?3?9? when Kamel Djemai checked, and Mads Borregaard bet 17,000. Djemai must have taken a long time with his decision as Ronit Chamani called the clock, which initiated a 30-second countdown. When the countdown hit 0, Djemai's hand was declared dead and the pot was pushed to Borregaard.
Despite that small setback, Djemai still has a very healthy stack of around 220,000.
