Orpaz Calls Adams' Bluff; Gives a Gift Right Back

Tom Orpaz, Kayhan Mokri, and Timothy Adams were involved in a three-way hand where Adams ran a failed bluff attempt that cost him dearly. Adams fired 30,000 on the turn and then 140,000 on the river which was called by Orpaz. Adams neglected to table his hand and the pot was pushed towards Orpaz, leaving the Canadian with just 9,000 chips.
On the next hand, Felipe Ketzer opened to 11,000 from under the gun and Adams stuck in the last of his chips in the cutoff. Orpaz failed to see the initial raise and threw in a re-raise to 25,000 from the small blind. Ketzer called which created a small side pot.
The flop came and Orpaz threw in a bet which forced Ketzer to lay his hand down. Orpaz turned over
for complete air while Adams held
for a pair of tens. The
and
runout was not enough for Orpaz who helped Adams triple his stack.
