Interesting Hand Sends Leonard Into the Tank

From early position, Patrick Leonard raised to 20,000. Both Juha Helppi in the small blind and Paul Newey in the big blind called.
The flop came 
and Helppi led out for 38,000. Newey folded, Leonard called after some time in the tank. Both then checked the 
on the turn before Helppi bet 50,000 on the 
river.
Leonard spend some time thinking about it. At one point he held a single 1,000-chip in his hand like he was about to toss it in to call, but he eventually opted to lay down his hand and leave the pot to his Finnish opponent.
