Carrel Avoids Penalty, Not Brito
Level 15
: 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

Charlie Carrel argued his way out of a penalty for folding out of turn, claiming he thought the player before him had acted.
He was given a warning, then suddenly got it in with sixes versus Fernando Brito's and Brito's 225,000-chip stack in the very next hand.
The board ran out making Brito a bigger pair on the river and handing him a timely double up.
"I should have taken the penalty," Carrel said with a smile.
