Wong Can't Do Wrong Early
When we first arrived at the Paradise Casino this morning there was a big PLO cash game taking place. This is when we first noticed the 2012 Aussie Millions runner-up finisher Kenneth Wong. Apparently he had been there all night. We then saw him stroll into Day 1b of the APPT Seoul Main Event on no sleep.
Although he's almost definitely tired, his poker game still seems sharp as we watched him take down a recent hand. It all started when an early position player opened it up to 350. One player made the call before Wong also came along for the ride from the button.
The saw the original aggressor lead for 800. The other player got out of the way while Wong made the call as the hit the turn. Wong's opponent then continued his betting, throwing out 1,600. This is when Wong popped it to 3,700.
"How much you got behind," the player asked as Wong moved his arm to reveal his stack. It was apparently too much for the player as he threw his cards into the muck, sending the pot to Wong.
