Remarkable River Call
A remarkable hand between Emanuel Seal and Denis Sekuloski has unfolded with Sekuloski making a huge river call with his tournament life on the line.
It started with a big raise from the button by Sekuloski to 325,000. Seal made the call in the small blind and the flop landed .
Seal check-called for 225,000 and the hit the turn. Seal again checked and Sekuloski fired again, this time for 400,000. Seal made the call and the river double-paired the board.
With the action on Seal, he thought for a few moments before sliding out a bet of 1,000,000 which was enough to put Sekuloski all in for his last 830,000. After a moment or two, Sekuloski shrugged and called.
“Good call,” sighed Seal as he opened for missed straight draws leaving himself with a queen kicker to the two pair on board.
“Split pot,” announced Sekuloski as he revealed a less impressive . A big call by Sekuloski for his tournament earns him a refund as the two chopped it up!
