Day 1c chip leader Jordi Escriba raised to 3,500 on the button and was called by the small blind and the big blind.
The flop came 9?9?5? and action checked to Escriba who bet 2,800. Only the small blind called.
The 4? was the turn and Escriba bet 6,200 when checked to. Again the small blind called.
The river was the 8? and the small blind paused for a while before betting 22,000. Escriba looked at his opponent from across the dealer before throwing in a calling chip. His opponent announced "Ace high" as Escriba tabled Q?5? for two pair to take down the pot. The small blind said "Very good call" before Escriba asked "You're very aggressive, where are you from?" to which the small blind responded "England".
